DeepBrain AI: the few things that matter

23 October 2026 · Interview date, interviewer and format unknown · Personal preparation guide.

The role

Experienced SaaS Product Owner. Own the roadmap and cross-team requirements; improve and launch features using metrics and customer feedback; build prototypes and automate work with AI agents. The full Korean posting was read and translated. Role and benefits detail

Your three messages

  1. I choose a customer problem before a feature. Rakuten: twenty interviews plus account-health and usage evidence informed prioritization of reliable sharing/access. Broader improvements were associated with 40% business-account growth; keep shared attribution.
  2. I turn AI prototypes into reviewed delivery. Edugo: Gumloop prototype, documented behavior, engineering partnership for LangChain, teacher checks and client approval. Engineers were delivery partners; do not imply personal implementation of every production component.
  3. I measure useful work and remaining effort. KidsLoop: centralized reporting across five regions reduced staff hours per reporting cycle by 80%. This measures reporting operations, not learning gains.

Company and customer

AI Studios combines video creation, localization and team workflows; DeepBrain also markets conversational AI Humans and detection. For a training producer, the useful job is getting an accurate, approved version to the audience—not generating more files. Company claims and observed page access are separate from tested editor behavior. Product workflows

Eligibility and preferences

Required: bachelor's degree; five-plus years of SaaS/web PO responsibility; decisions from planning to launch; metric-based improvement; implemented AI-agent prototypes/automation. Prior discipline may be planning, development or marketing.

Preferred: B2B pricing/payments/conversion; global or English-language work; generative AI/video products; B2B requirements; team adoption of agents. The screenshot label “Benefits” means preferred qualifications, not employee perks. Actual benefits are translated separately in the role chapter.

Two product distinctions to understand

  • Video count, dubbing minutes and generative credits are different meters. Ask which limit creates customer confusion; no billing defect was tested.
  • Generated output, reviewed acceptance and actual use are different milestones. Proposed North Star: weekly accounts receiving confirmed quality value, alongside review coverage, critical errors, total cost and workload.

Your answer rule

One sentence → one SBI example → supported result → STOP. Short round: approximately 20–30 seconds; expanded: 60–90 seconds. Test aloud. For a case: problem → decision/actions → success test; expected impact stays proposed. Answer bank

Ask these first

  1. Which customer journey and outcome would this PO own?
  2. Where do customers lose the most work between creation and use?
  3. What would make the first three months successful?

Honest preparation gaps: video evaluation, payment/entitlement lifecycle, authenticated editor behavior and Korean working-language expectations. The two CVs disagree on an early KidsLoop role date; confirm before repeating exact chronology. No AI Studios generation, purchase or customer-content publication was performed.
